Senior UGFL Premierships: 1989-90-1, 1995, 2002 (5 total)

In 1959 the Eagles were founder members of the Upper Great Southern Football League and, after struggling for many years, have over the past couple of decades firmly established themselves as one of the competition’s pre-eminent forces. Boddington’s first senior grade grand final triumph in 1989 was a prelude to a hat trick of such successes, achieved at the expense of Wickepin by 62 points, Lake Grace by 59 points, and Dumbleyung by 37 points. The Eagles also played off in the 1992 and 1993 grand finals but Kukerin-Dumbleyung proved too strong in both years.

The 1995 season saw the Eagles claim their third senior grade flag courtesy of a 14.16 (100) to 11.9 (75) grand final defeat of Wagin. Since then there have been another couple of senior grand final appearances resulting in an acutely embarrassing 104 point defeat at the hands of Williams in 1998 and an 11.10 (76) to 7.7 (49) victory over Kukerin Dumbleyung in 2002.

The 2008 season was an undistinguished one for the Eagles’ seniors who managed just 6 wins from their 14 home and away matches to end up in sixth place on the eight team ladder. There was marginal improvement a year later but the Eagles' tally of 7 wins was still not good enough to secure finals participation.
