Known for many years as the Grasshoppers, Dromana has competed in various competitions on the Mornington Peninsula for over one hundred years. However, details of its achievements are sketchy. The club’s most recent senior grade premiership was claimed in 1971 in the Nepean Football League thanks to a 12.12 (84) to 10.11 (71) grand final defeat of Rye.

Dromana, now known as the Tigers, currently competes in the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League’s Nepean Division. The club enjoyed an excellent 2008 season with the seniors finishing as runners-up and the reserves winning a flag.
