The ‘Roos first reached the grand final in 1999, their third season, when they overcame Kalkee by the narrowest of margins, 6.10 (46) to 6.9 (45). In both 2000 and 2001 Harrow Balmoral finished third and then in 2002 the side claimed its second senior grade premiership with a 14.8 (92) to 13.7 (85) grand final defeat of Rupanyup. The 2003 season brought another grand final appearance but the ‘Roos lost narrowly to Swifts. A year later, however, they made amends with a comprehensive 13.9 (87) to 6.3 (39) grand final demolition of Laharum. Since 2004 the side has contested another four senior grade grand finals, losing to Pimpinio in 2006, accounting for Kalkee the following year by 41 points, 16.13 (109) to 11.2 (68), and going down heavily to Kalkee in both 2009 and 2010.
