After commencing in division two, the club achieved promotion in 1992 as premiers of that grade and have, since then, competed in division one. Since the turn of the century the Warriors have been a force to be reckoned with. They claimed their first senior grade division one flag in 2002 when they downed Parkside in the grand final by a single straight kick, 18.11 (119) to 18.5 (113). The margin this time was two straight kickers, Hoppers Crossing winning 11.6 (72) to 8.12 (60). Success has not been confined to the seniors. The Warriors’ reserves won division one premierships in 2006 and 2007, having earlier matched the seniors at division two level in 1992. There have also been numerous grand final triumphs in the WRFL’s junior grades. Where now? or
