Since commencing in the Wimmera Football League in 1993 the Saints have failed to procure a senior grade flag, although they have managed to reach the grand final on four occasions. Recent seasons have been more than a little disappointing, with the side finishing last in both 2006 and 2007 before showing slight improvement in 2008 to move up to the middle of the list.

Originally known as St Michaels. Most of the club’s history was spent in the Horsham and District Football League, in which it enjoyed senior grade premiership success on five occasions.
