Keilor Park Sports Club, of which the football club is a part, was founded in 1974.  Keilor Park Reserve, where the Devils play their home games, was opened for business the following year.

To date, the Devils have won two open age flags, both in B Grade.  They currently compete in B Grade after slumping to last place in A Grade, and relegation, in 2007.

Arguably the most famous Keilor Park product to date was Joe Misiti, who went on to play 236 AFL games for Essendon, including two winning grand finals.
