Prior to becoming a founder member in 1993 of the Kowree-Naracoorte-Tatiara Football League, Keith was a member for many years of the Tatiara Football League, winning a total of seven A Grade flags. Five of those flags, from 1978 to 1982, were won consecutively.
In 2006, the Crows went very close to procuring their first ever KNTFL flag. After topping the ladder on percentage from Lucindale, they cruised into the grand final with a resounding 59 point 2nd semi final victory over Kingston, but were then surprisingly beaten by unfancied Naracoorte when it mattered most.
Twelve months later they made amends in decisive fashion, topping the ladder with a 15-1 record before thrashing Naracoorte in the 2nd semi final by 89 points, and Penola in the grand final by 52 points.
