Senior Premierships:  Kowree-Naracoorte Football League (KNFL) - 1982-3-4 (3 total); KNTFL - nil

Kingston was a founder member of the Kowree-Naracoorte-Tatiara Football League in 1993, but has yet to claim an A Grade premiership.  The Saints went top three times in succession in the old Kowree-Naracoorte competition during the early 1980s.  In 2006 they qualified for the finals in 3rd place, beat Lucindale by 15 points in a high scoring qualifying final, but then bowed out of premiership contention with consecutive finals losses to Keith and Naracoorte.
