Formed:  after the 1995 season, through the merger of the Barham and Koondrook Football Clubs

Formed in 1995, Koondrook-Barham commenced in the Northern and Echuca Football League the following year. In 1997 the NEFL merged with the Mid Murray Football League to form the Central Murray Football League, and the Raiders were among the new competition's eleven foundation members. 

Koondrook-Barham has yet to claim a CMFL flag at senior grade level, but the reserves went top in 2008 after downing Kerang in the grand final by 14 points. Prior to the merger, both Koondrook and Barham enjoyed a respectable degree of premiership success (the latter under its previous name of Border). The two clubs even confronted one another on a total of three occasions in grand finals, with the score 2-1 in Border's favour.
