Current Affiliation:  Essendon District Football League (EDFL)

Formed:  2007, by the amalgamation of North Coburg and Fawkner Park Football Clubs

Home Ground:  Charles Mutton Reserve, Fawkner

Colours:  Green, red, navy blue and white

Emblem:  Saints

Senior EDFL Premierships:  Nil

League Best and Fairest Awards:  Nil

The 2008 season will see the newly formed Northern Saints making their debut in the Essendon and District Football League's B Grade competition.  The fledgling club has been formed by means of a merger between EDFL club North Coburg, which had struggled for several seasons, and Fawkner Park of the Northern Football League, which was in recess in 2007.  The Saints will retain the North Coburg logo and colours, and be based at Fawkner Park's home ground of Charles Mutton Reserve.
