YMCA spent ten years in the New South Wales Australian Football League and enjoyed a fair amount of success, winning two premierships from four grand finals.  Its best year was 1908 when it trounced East Sydney by 58 points in the premiership decider.  Its other flag was won two years later with a 5.18 (48) to 3.6 (24) grand final defeat of the same opposition.
